FITNESS.
Are you guys tensed that you have no time to be fit because of more working hours. Well, I’ve some tips and tricks that can help you guys to be fit. Before sharing the tips and tricks I would like to introduce myself. I’m Yachika Jain, 20 years old in TYBMM. I, myself don’t have time to go gym on daily basis. But having a dog can also help you to stay fit. Whenever I’ve time I usually go for a walk with Lucy. Here’s a picture of me & Lucy to bless your day.

Also, guys I’ve a food page on instagram (@notwithoutoregano) I know this is weird but I love food so I try to maintain myself by eating outside once a week ( basically it’s my cheat day so yeah) and the rest of the day I try to eat healthy. Being fit is not an easy task but it is the most important thing to have a good lifestyle.
Fitness can be defined as a state of being physically fit and healthy. But, does fitness means to have a healthy body? Just because you have a physically fit body that does not mean you are healthy. Fitness means to have a healthy body and also have a healthy emotional state.
Having a healthy body means one should make good eating choices and not putting toxin in the body. It also means to have a fit body by exercising, gyming etc. One should exercise daily so that the chances of having many health problems reduces like cancer, heart disease, being fat etc which means having a better quality life. Make fitness your priority by playing with kids, sports, going to gym, aerobics etc. But now-a-days having a healthy lifestyle is difficult. So instead of watching tv, one can start walking or jogging. Get off the bus or auto one stop earlier so that you get some time to walk extraa. Instead of texting, make a phone call so that you get up and walk around while talking. Use stairs instead of escalator. You can make your household work a workout session. Eating healthy is as important as working out. If you are not eating right then only exercising won’t help.
