THINGS NOT TO AVOID.
Hey guy, we are back with another topic to discuss about. Things not to avoid in fitness. Healthy eating should never be avoided by people. The most important thing. There so many things to do in fitness. You can exercise, you can do yoga, you csn hit the gym. You guys have to make time for fitness. Because it gives you a better quality of life. One should try sports activities like swimming, cycling, badminton etc. All the sports including burning of fats. One should use cycling or go walking. Gyming every day or at least 3 times a week is important. Doing yoga is also important. You can do yoga whenever you want and can. Being fit is really good for our body also. You should never be fat. I am not sayng being fat is a ad thing but try being heathy. While gymming never avoid doing work out in a proper position. If done in wrong position then you might end up with joint pain. Try new and difficult exercises. Exercising is also important. Not every can continue yoga as it is a slow process but if you can then well and good. Yoga is very good for health, hair and skin. Yoga works  on your strength, mind , positivity.Being fit should never be avoided by people. There are many things not to avoid in fitness. People have achieved so many things in fitness. Fitness is all about being physically fit and mentally. Its not about perfect. Its about efforts.  You have to hustle forthat muscle. Be strong than your excuses. Things to avoid.
Hey fam, we are back with another topic to discuss about. Hope you are reading my other blogs related to fitness as fitness is the most important thing. And very less people are fit now a days. Fitness is all about physical health and mental health. There so many things to avoid in fitness. Lets just talk about food first. Leaving junk food is hard but important. I mean eating junk once a week is fine but not every day. One should cut off sweet as much as they can.I know dessert is like heaven but you have to cut off as much as you can. Once you cut off dessert then you would feel fit and good ( okay not good because it si dessert). Avoid food which has fats in them. Oily food is a big no. just avoid things you know is not at all good for your health, skin , hair. Health is the  most important thing. Avoid leaving gym after few months and then over eating. Avoid over eating and under eating too. Eating is the most important thing and one should take care of that.  Avoid using vehicles. Walk if you can, use cycle if you can nd if the distance is too far then use your car. Stand as much as you can. Walk as much as you can. Avoid siting in a party and instead of that dance which will make you lose weight. All I want is that guys should stay fit and health. That’s it for today guys. Stay fit. Stay health. EXERCISE.
Exercising regularly is the best thing one can do for health. Exercise helps you to keep  your heart, lungs etc. eating right and exercising goes hand in hand. Fitness is all about keeping good health and having long life. Good quality life is also important. Health is wealth. If you are fit enough toh you can earn as much as money you want. But you are not not at all healthy then you cant concentrate on your wealth. The phase health is wealth is very correct. Exercising before workout is important so you can open up your body and do your work out easily. But exercising without gymming is also important. One can jog or run or swim or do any sports to keep their body fit. Jogging in the morning or evening works good for your fitness. Even running is important one can’t do only jogging and call oneself fit. There many things to be fit. Sports like badminton, swimming, cycling, football etc can make you fit but then again you have to be regular. Exercising is simply for yoga or gym people. Every one should start exercising which the second step after eating right. Exercising is as important eating healthy. Life is busy for all of us but we have to make time to be fit. Being busy is not an excuse to not to be fit. Trying walking instead of taking lift. Walk ore when on calls. Take steps. Go for a walk with your dog or a friend. Stand instead of siting. DIET.
Hey guys, we are back with a basic topic but still people don’t follow this basic also important topic. Dieting doesn’t mean to consume food and drink with the intention of losing or gaining weight. Diet is also important for being fit. One should eat proper and have good amount of vegetables, fruits, proteins in their diet. Diet is the topic which was taught to us when we were in 3rd or 4th class. Diet should include healthy food and not junk. Eating junk food is fine at times. Because cheat day is also important for us. Without cheat day life would be boring and we will eat right the whole weekdays and wait for weekends just to enjoy our cheat day. Sorry went a little off track. Anyway, back to the topic guys. So we were talking about diet. Diet is eating right and in right amount. Anything over eaten is not good. One should have full fledge breakfast because eating heavy in the morning will give more energy. The lunch should be normie and but less than breakfast. And dinner should be very less because food takes more time to digest. So eating in the breakfast will have more time to digest. Dieting is difficult because you have to eat right and think before eating. And while eating junk one don’t need to think about the food. Which is not good for our health. Diet is the most important thing. And very less people follow it. So guys that’s it for today. Stay fit. Stay health. Don’t let junk food ruin your desired body. YOGA
Fitness doesn’t only mean hitting the gym, you can do yoga to be fit. For burning more fats and tone muscle, yoga is also great. Yoga involves mind and body workout. Yoga is also better than gym because gym consumes time, money. Yoga is a slow process but it is very effective. Lifting weights won’t make your arms as strong as lifting your own body weight. One can have mind peace, strength, tone body with the the help of yoga. Yoga is not a competitive sport. It also saves your money. You can do yoga anywhere. Yoga also helps in losing weight. There are no possible injuries in yoga. If you do only yoga and won’t have a proper diet then yoga will also not work that great. Fitness with eating junk food doesn’t go hand in  hand. It the basic and the first step towards fitness. Over eating or under eating is no good for anyone. Yoga has a so many benefits. Regular yoga can lower the risk of so many diseases. People who do yoga are always fit, have positive state of mind. They don’t have muscles like gym people but then can be stronger than them. People who are into yoga can expect flexibility , toning, strengthening. Gym people do have a stiff body because of heavy weight lifting. But in yoga you can never have a stiff body. Few yoga poses are bandha sarvangasana, adho mukha, balasana, sukhasana, trikonasana, chaturanga, utkatasana, navasana, bakasana, pincha mayurasana, savasana, and many more which will help you to be fit. Even pregnant lady can do yoga. Yoga is also good for lungs .yoga has so many benefits. And every age group can do yoga. Yoga even stops snoring. Stay tuned to get more such blogs on fitness.

Fitness - myths and facts
We all have so many people who give us advice regarding fitness. But it is not always true or accurate. People themselves don’t even go to gym and give us such weird information regarding fitness. If you want to slim down or gain some weight there are a lot of fitness advice which will not help you to meet your goals .There are so many fitness or gym related myths. Myth #1 Morning is the best time to work out. But the fact is that you can work out whenever you want. The important thing that you should be regular and if you are comfortable working out late, then stick to it. Myth #2 Crunches and sit ups are the best way to get six pack abs. The truth is that crunches won’t burn much of your fats. Crunches and sit ups target only abdominal muscles. Myth #3 weight lifting will give women muscular body. The fact is that girls or women who lift weight can never get muscular body because women produce less testosterone compared to men. Hormone plays a role in determining how we build muscles. Myth #4 if you work out then your height will stop. The fact is that growing tall is in your genes and gym has nothing to do with it. Myth #5 You will become fat after leaving the gym. The fact is that people start over eating after they leave gym and then gaining more fat than usual. You should continue to have a good and proper diet after leaving gym. Myth #6 your joints will pain while gyming. The truth is that if you work out in a wrong way you end up having pain in your joints. Working out in beginning should be done under gym trainers so that you know all the postures properly.

DOES STARVING HELP?
It’s true that if you starve you will lose some weight at least in the short term but there are certain risks. There is more harm than good. If the intake of your calories is less you will lose weight but with this you will have health issues, muscle loss. Fasting is an ancient practice where people thing fasting will make you thin. But it’s a myth. Starving doesn’t helps you it is better if you eat right and in small portion. If you eat slowly you won’t eat much. Eating fast will make you eat more. If you eat healthy food then you don’t need to starve to lose weight. You can eat a high protein breakfast, avoid sugar, avoid fruit juice, drinking water half an hour before your meal, drink coffee, tea or green tea, eat low carb vegetables like broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, cabbage, cucumber, lettuce, cauliflower. If you really want to lose weight why don’t you detox diet. There are many more myths like this where people need to know about the truth.  If you want to lose weight then don’t starve instead try eating in small portions and less. And you can also work out for better results which will make  you
you happy. If you are happy with your body you will feel more confident. Starving not only destroys you physically but it also affects you mentally. It will help you to shed you some weight but your body will end up with cannibalism. Your body will start using the fats stored in your muscle mass. And all this will lead to binge eating, mood swings, lack of sleep, hunger, tiredness, dizziness etc. Hence, starving won’t help if you want to lose weight. Stay tuned for such blogs.

    IS GYM NECESSARY?

Hey guys, I’m back with a new topic to discuss about. Do you really think gym is a necessity? Can people have a good body only with the help of gym?
                                                         Even I had this perspective that gym is necessary and people should work out on regular basis. Without gym you won’t get your desired body. But there are other ways to get your desired body too. They might be slow but they also work wonders.  If you ask people that how can one be fit their only answer would be hit the gym. Gym is very effective but there are other options too like working out at home and martial arts. There are many exercising one can do at home like squats, lunges, pushups, plank, burpees, pull ups, bridge, body saw, sit-ups, crunches and many more. If this is your first day then don’t start with more reps. It is better to start with 1 set of 20times of squats or 1 set of 20 times lunges. For first few days try to work out less and then gradually add more. Before working out you should always exercise or do some stretching. This will help your body to open up. One should eat one hour before working out. And should drink as much as water as he or she can. For a week you will feel body pain but that’s important because if didn’t feel any pain that means you didn’t work out well. Martials arts is very difficult but effective at the same time. You also learn about self defense, self control, body discipline, mental discipline, flexible and concentration. I’m not saying that gym is not necessary but it is not the only option. But if you don’t work out properly then your hard work won’t pay off.

Being thin doesn’t means being fit.

                                    Hey guys, I’m back with my new blog post. And today we are going to talk about how being slim doesn’t means that you are fit. People usually think that being skinny means you are fit and fine. But they are wrong.
                                                  You might think when you see someone who is working out, running, exercising etc. and still didn’t lose weight or seen a small skinny girl/guy who just started working out and then wondered  that if they can lift the heavy weights or not. People need to change their perspective. But then again being thin doesn’t means that you are weak. It’s all about what you eat. Eating good is the most important thing to be fit. If you eat right then you don’t have to worry about your health. One should include vegetables, fruits, less of dairy products or fat free products. According to me if you want to gain some weight then you can start your day with banana milkshake. All you want is 1 large ripe banana, 1 cup milk, ½ spoon peanut butter and NO sugar.  After that you can eat something which is rich in protein like kabuli chana also known as chickpea, moong, kidney beans, soya etc. After steaming all these things you can add spices, few drops of lemon, coriander leaves to make it tastier. One should also add cheese, ghee, paneer etc. in their diet. For losing some weight one has to work out obviously but with that one has to make sure to consume less portion of food, improve your metabolism, cut starchy and sugary food and consume lots of vegetables. If you want lose or gain weight, you should workout at least 3 times a week. Fitness means eating healthy and working out.
