Fitness - myths and facts
We all have so many people who give us advice regarding fitness. But it is not always true or accurate. People themselves don’t even go to gym and give us such weird information regarding fitness. If you want to slim down or gain some weight there are a lot of fitness advice which will not help you to meet your goals .There are so many fitness or gym related myths. Myth #1 Morning is the best time to work out. But the fact is that you can work out whenever you want. The important thing that you should be regular and if you are comfortable working out late, then stick to it. Myth #2 Crunches and sit ups are the best way to get six pack abs. The truth is that crunches won’t burn much of your fats. Crunches and sit ups target only abdominal muscles. Myth #3 weight lifting will give women muscular body. The fact is that girls or women who lift weight can never get muscular body because women produce less testosterone compared to men. Hormone plays a role in determining how we build muscles. Myth #4 if you work out then your height will stop. The fact is that growing tall is in your genes and gym has nothing to do with it. Myth #5 You will become fat after leaving the gym. The fact is that people start over eating after they leave gym and then gaining more fat than usual. You should continue to have a good and proper diet after leaving gym. Myth #6 your joints will pain while gyming. The truth is that if you work out in a wrong way you end up having pain in your joints. Working out in beginning should be done under gym trainers so that you know all the postures properly.
