DOES STARVING HELP?
It’s true that if you starve you will lose some weight at least in the short term but there are certain risks. There is more harm than good. If the intake of your calories is less you will lose weight but with this you will have health issues, muscle loss. Fasting is an ancient practice where people thing fasting will make you thin. But it’s a myth. Starving doesn’t helps you it is better if you eat right and in small portion. If you eat slowly you won’t eat much. Eating fast will make you eat more. If you eat healthy food then you don’t need to starve to lose weight. You can eat a high protein breakfast, avoid sugar, avoid fruit juice, drinking water half an hour before your meal, drink coffee, tea or green tea, eat low carb vegetables like broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, cabbage, cucumber, lettuce, cauliflower. If you really want to lose weight why don’t you detox diet. There are many more myths like this where people need to know about the truth.  If you want to lose weight then don’t starve instead try eating in small portions and less. And you can also work out for better results which will make  you
you happy. If you are happy with your body you will feel more confident. Starving not only destroys you physically but it also affects you mentally. It will help you to shed you some weight but your body will end up with cannibalism. Your body will start using the fats stored in your muscle mass. And all this will lead to binge eating, mood swings, lack of sleep, hunger, tiredness, dizziness etc. Hence, starving won’t help if you want to lose weight. Stay tuned for such blogs.
